Merit Day🎊🎊

The Government College of Teacher Education, Thycaud, organized a Merit Day event on March 26, 2024, to celebrate academic achievements and recognize excellence among its students and faculty members. During this event, students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance were appreciated for their dedication and hard work. Additionally, teachers who attained a Ph.D. were acknowledged for their scholarly contributions and commitment to higher education.
Moreover, students who excelled in extracurricular activities such as sports and arts were also recognized and applauded for their talents and achievements. Participating in the Merit Day event was considered a privilege as it provided an opportunity to honor and celebrate the collective success and excellence within the college community. It served as a motivating and inspiring occasion for all attendees to strive for excellence in their respective fields and contribute positively to the academic and cultural fabric of the institution.









In the afternoon, an intercollegiate quiz competition took place at the Government College of Teacher Education, Thycaud. This competition provided an exciting opportunity for students from various colleges to showcase their knowledge and intellectual prowess in a competitive setting.

Participants engaged in a series of challenging questions covering a wide range of topics. The quiz fostered a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie among the students.
