SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME -DAY 5 ❤️(END OF THE FIRST WEEK)❤️
When I entered the school premises in the morning, the school was very quiet. The children were just arriving. I had a class in the second period in 9B. A total of 8 children came to the class but a few left for training for the youth festival and science fair. They came after a while. The laptop was connected to the projector but could not project the video due to a technical glitch. That's why I showed the video on the laptop and taught the law of conservation of momentum. During the class, I understood that the children had little previous knowledge and they also have difficulty in mathematics. I got to know more about the children when I got a free period as substitution in 9B. There was a programme at the school in the afternoon. For the programme, newspaper cuttings and charts related to Chandrayaan launch were pasted in the auditorium. The programme started at 1.30 PM. The class was taken by Karthik sir from VSSC. He came to take the class as part of celebrating Space Week from October 4 to 10. From the difference between rockets and airplanes to Chandrayaan 3, he explained everything in detail. The kids enjoyed it a lot. Even he was shocked that the children answered almost all his questions using correct technical terms. The children were very curious about space science. The class ended at 3.30 PM. After reminding the teacher that we will rejoin the school only after two weeks(due to our second semester B.Ed examination), we returned home.
